Due to this, they are undergoing mental stress, weakness and also losing their confidence. Now-a-days, with technological advancements, the lack of physical power and increase in metal stress is leading to various menstruation problems in women. In women, menstruation period starts late or earlier and sometimes they even miss. Due to various reasons, women suffer from menstruation cycle problems. Of all reasons, the major reasons of menstruation problems are hormone imbalances, PCOD, thyroid, fibroids, menopause and so on.<\/p>\n<p>The regular and precise menstruation periods are the evidence of good health. The regular natural changes that occurs in the uterus and ovaries between 28 and 35 days, for 5 to 7 days that make pregnancy possible is called menstruation cycle. It is of two types:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> <strong>Primary Amenorrhea:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe failure of menses in women even after turning up to 16 years of age, is called as primary amenorrhea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Chromosomal or genetic abnormalities and mainly Turner syndrome<\/li>\n<li>Uterus structural defects<\/li>\n<li>Uterus infection<\/li>\n<li>Cystic fibrosis<\/li>\n<li>Cushing\u2019s syndrome<\/li>\n<li>Imbalance in hormones<\/li>\n<li>Mainly adrenal gland problems<\/li>\n<li>Intake of Medicines for Cancer disease treatment and anti-depressive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> 2. Secondary Amenorrhea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The stop of regular and normal menstrual cycles after the pregnancy for 3 months or more is called as Secondary amenorrhea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pregnancy<\/li>\n<li>Breastfeeding and menopause<\/li>\n<li>Pituitary gland<\/li>\n<li>Thyroid problems<\/li>\n<li>Intake of contraception medicines and few antidepressants medicines<\/li>\n<li>PCOD (Polycystic Ovary Disease)<\/li>\n<li>Strenuous exercise<\/li>\n<li>Uterus related operations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For Secondary Amenorrhea no need to take any treatment.<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZOu320vGqBw?autoplay=1\" width=\"760\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\n<strong>Oligomenorrhea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It occurs in women of childbearing age. Light or infrequent menstrual periods less than 35 to 40 milli is also called as Oligomenorrhea.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>PCOD<\/li>\n<li>Formation of pituitary glands tumours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The cause of Oligomenorrhea is mainly seen during the end of menstruation period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Metrorrhagia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The occurrence of menses period between two menstruation cycles is called as metrorrhagia.
